Beautiful tortoise cat, I believe she is half semi half feral. It appears she has been owned before and had a very light Taurus pink collar no name no tag. It does not appear that her ear is clipped however I am not sure.

Bella Momm if she's friendly, she may be microchipped. Any vet clinic should be able to check for free. Good luck 🤞

Unfortunately she will not let me pick her up. She will let me pet her and is very sweet but she's very skeptical.

She doesn't have an eartip, if that's what you mean. Can you take her to a vet to get her checked for a microchip?
