She is CHIPPED- Her name is BELLA but her owner can't be reached. This sweet cat waited patiently by the front door so she could cool down inside. She is an older lady, white with gray patches and yellow eyes. Very thin. I think her front left paw is broken but she can walk without limping. She has a white flea collar and looks like she's been on the streets for a while. I hope she wasn't abandoned...
