White malted mix 7 lbs

This dog was found at Xaxby’s. Half of her body was covered in mattes and fleas. She is in heat and believed to be 2 yrs old. This dog was very skinny. This dog ixx as the sweetest dog I have ever met. She is safe and groomed with food and plenty of love. She is microchipped but not registered.
