This young blue and white budgerigar was found on front of a building on Charlton St between Hudson and Greenwich St. He's young, likely between 2 and 4 months old. He's dinner trained and very sweet. The person who found him couldn't care for him, so we are boarding him until we can locate his owner. Please let me know if he's yours!
