Update: Our Pearland Animal Control officers picked him up and put a note on who we think is the owner's door (thank you Emily!) He also had a golden retriever mix buddy with him that we couldn't catch so please neighbors, be on the lookout for him/her. He was completely cooled off, hydrated and had a small snack before he left.
