I found this cat today in my back yard when I was feeding the strays that I normally take care of. It let me pet it and seemed friendly, it even still had a collar on. The other strays are trying to chase him/her away so I hope this is someone's cat and they can get it.

Probably someone who let's their cat roam... I hate retelling this story, but if it saves ONE cat, I've done my job. I found a cat frozen to death trapped in a fence by it's "break away collar".... If you can get that off of him, it might potentially save his life.
