I walk my dogs everyday and this rabbit has been out for months. It lives on NW corner of 1st & Vine, hutch is in drive, it hides under trucks

That is absolutely a domestic...100%. Anything other than the usual brown brown rabbits you see around town will be domestic. That one either got out or was dumped.
