WTH does it matter if she has papers on the neuter. Not your concern if the cat is neutered or and indoor/ outdoor cat. You have no right to demand that people fix their animals or keep them in the house. Your mightier than thou attitude sucks!

Linda Stumpf Sypolt yes i have to find the neuter papers. I got it done at a clinic through white animal safe haven. I will private message videos and pictures of him

He is solid solid black. Like the very few single white furs are spaced out and can only be seen up front
