"Envie went missing while we were hiking about three miles from my car! I searched for her continuously each day, but I began to worry after getting no response from the flyers I put up in the area. Apparently somebody found her in the bushes, won her trust, saw the lost pet alert I created and called me! I'm so in debt to the PawBoost community and the lady that returned her to me! "We found this very friendly kitten outside in our front yard. She allowed us to pick her up and put her in a carrier, then bring her into our spare room. She was super playful and sweet, so we just knew she belonged to a loving home. The owner messaged me through PawBoost because they saw my found pet alert on Facebook! It took us less than three hours to reunite this kitty with her owner, but apparently she had been missing since the previous night. "I saw this little dog running in and out of the street while leaving church on Saturday. I pulled my vehicle over, called the doggy, and she came right up to me, jumped into my arms, and kissed my face. There was no collar, so I loaded her into my vehicle to keep her safe. I posted her photo on PawBoost and was almost immediately contacted by the owner's sister in law, then the owner. I confirmed through photos that the owner was in fact the owner, drove back to church Sunday morning and returned the dog. They told me she was named Naomi and she had been missing for a day. "A storm blew my privacy fence door open, which happened to not close correctly as a result of the roofers putting a new roof on my home the day prior. Nickel got out and went missing. I posted that he was missing with his picture on Nextdoor as soon as I realized he was missing and I called Animal Control, who informed me they hadn't picked up any dogs that day. I was agitated and frantic all that day. My husband was at work but frequently called to check to see if Nickel had returned, with me giving the same answer every time; "No."
One of the ladies who saw my Nextdoor post suggested that I also post an alert to PawBoost. I did, and I was checking it back and forth for what felt like forever. I asked people to share the alert if they could. I frequently checked for responses and updates to see if anyone had seen my fur baby. Then, I received a message saying a lady had posted a PawBoost alert of a found dog looking just like mine.

"My boyfriend and I went to pick up some food and on our way home we saw this dog walking alone. She was a pretty dog, so we decided to see if she had a collar and looked around to see if maybe the owners were around. The dog was friendly, but didn't want to get in the car, so I drove back home while he walked with the dog back to our house. She followed him all the way back no problem.
By creating a found pet alert through PawBoost, the owner was able to find my alert for their dog and reached out. It took us three days before we were able to reunite this pup with her owner. "Oreo escaped under a section of our fence over a creek. We’ve had a lot of rain and the dirt had eroded a bit. I am home with our dogs all day and she is never left alone, so this just shouldn’t have happened, but she was quick and sadly it did happen. "I was driving to work when I spotted this dog running down the street. The dog was wearing clothing, so I knew she had to be someone's pet. I stopped my car and managed to grab the dog by approaching her slowly, then I took the pup into my car and back to my house. The owner saw my alert through PawBoost and contacted me. "Kokoa is very skittish and was spayed just four days ago. She got scared and ran off all of a sudden and was too quick to catch. It all happened so fast and she is a very fast dog. "Koda found a very small opening in the back corner of our backyard. We just moved in a few weeks ago and weren’t aware of the opening due to how big our new backyard is. "We were out of town in Seattle and Nova was being watched by her grandparents. She somehow managed to escape the tie-down she was on and quickly ran away. She was missing for days and we had almost lost hope. I had been watching my email like a hawk and finally got an email from PawBoost and immediately recognized my girl, Nova. I emailed the person right away and they called within minutes. We headed over to retrieve her immediately.

"Max went out for a routine morning with his sister Sadie and within five minutes they disappeared. They have done this a couple of times, but usually return within a few minutes. This time, only Sadie returned with Max nowhere in sight. We immediately started calling shelters and tried to press the word on social media. That’s when I learned about PawBoost and, as soon as I was done filling out Max’s information, it was uploaded to every social media website I could think of.

"This friendly and energetic German shepherd came bounding into our backyard. He had no collar, so we opened our garage and he went to the laundry room door wanting to go in the house. "I was walking in the woods with the owner and Odie got loose and ran off. Three people helped search for him for four hours, but we had no luck in locating Odie on our own. "Zeus was out with my partner in the garage while I was traveling for work. We were on Facetime when it happened and he got frantic because he could not find him at all while the garage door was open. Zeus is a senior dog and is also suffering from dementia. He was gone for a week and we were getting worried. Then I found out about PawBoost and created a lost pet alert for him there.
Thankfully, someone texted my phone in a matter of minutes and sent me a screenshot of our local dog pound with his picture in it. So thankful for PawBoost for helping us find our beloved dog! "The front door was accidentally left open. Bruno is a natural explorer, so he went to explore. When we noticed Bruno was gone, it had already been about an hour, as we thought he was in his usual spot under the couch. "Skittles flew out the house when a friend came to visit. My family tracked him for a while until he flew further away, out of sight. A week later when I came to visit for Thanksgiving, someone thought they might have seen Skittles at their bird feeder, so we tried to look for him there. We even left the cage out to see if he'd find his way to it. After a while of hoping and praying, we figured he was gone for good.
I hand-fed him when he was a baby, and he is definitely feisty, but still domesticated. I was so concerned that he wouldn't survive the wild. After a while I wasn't looking on PawBoost anymore to see if Skittles had been found, but I'm so glad the PawBoost community was still looking out! "Suzy has a habit of digging and has to be supervised while outside. This time she was left alone for a few minutes and followed her heart to freedom. "Zero ran at us from a hedge while we were out walking our dogs. He was very scared and skittish of our dogs, especially our puppy, but our senior dog was able to get his attention. We cooed and begged for him to get closer to the point that I was able to grab him. Our puppy loved picking on him while he chased the rest of our dogs in the yard.

"This dog came up to my kids in our yard and hung around with us all day. I had walked door to door for a good hour with no one recognizing her. I had multiple people reach out to me via PawBoost about a missing dog from 40 minutes (25 miles) away from where I live. After some time, a few people came out to see if it was their missing dog, and it was!
Cinnamon roamed 25 miles from where she went missing. I didn't think it could have been her based on the distance, but once her people came, I quickly realized it was definitely possible! It took only a couple minutes after creating an alert on PawBoost for several people to start reaching out!
