The lady with her son live there. Check the alley way too behind there the old man has plenty of food out for a stray it ran towards his house. You need to post a number so if someone spots your cat they can call ypu.

Please go out at night with a flashlight and look under bushes, in trees, yards and neighbors garages. She may be trapped in someone’s garage or shed. Ask your neighbors to check their cameras. Also put up trail cameras all over your yard. If you see her and she is too scared to come to you, you may need to get a humane trap and put in food and/or clothes you wore for him to get your scent, but never leave the trap unattended! Shake her dry food while gently calling her name. Indoor cats usually stay close to home, hide and come out at night. Create a color poster and put one on your door and go door to door with the posters to your neighbors. Call, go on their website and visit Broward County Animal Care every day. Take a piece of clothing you wore, drag it all over your yard leading to your door. She might catch the scent of it. Post about your cat on the Nextdoor app too. I hope these tips help you find Mini. 💗

My indoor only male black cat got out once. We put out all the scents. Old blankets, our unwashed clothes, his scratch post, his empty dirty litter box, vacuum dust etc. My nextdoor neighbor would see him trying to return during the day while we were at work. Then get scared and run off into nearby woods. I started setting my alarm for 3am while it was quiet and go out calling him. Finally after 5 days I heard him crying in very thick bushes Nextdoor to our house. I saw his eyes with my flashlight. I had to literally crawl to get him. He was like afraid to move. I finally got him . They usually don’t travel far. They will hunker down close by.

The best thing that you can do is get out and search every possible hiding place that you can in that area, because she may be hiding and not coming out. Also, she could be trapped somewhere. I’ve heard if you put their litter box out sometimes that will bring themback. I would also put up some flyers in the area.
