This little 7 lb, probably 3-5 yo, male dog was found on a porch in Sacramento, scared, hungry, and dirty. The homeowner has a large dog that did not welcome him, so she advertised on Nextdoor. We offered to foster him while seeking his owners or looking for new home. He's very sweet and loves affection. He'll keep your heart open and your lap warm. He wasn't chipped or neutered, but it's clear from his behavior that he had a home at one time, and he couldn't have survived for long on the streets of Sacramento.

Thank you, unfortunately that shelter makes it very difficult to file a report. I'm hoping the SPCA can help me. PawBoost is the only one that's worked, and from there posted to NextDoor and FB.

Thank you for the suggestion. The person who found him on her porch posted for several days on next door, and no one responded. I think he is posted again through the network of these lost&found pets.

Be sure to contact Front Street shelter and file a found dog report, that way if the owner goes there looking for their lost dog the shelter can hopefully connect you two.

He's precious...hope you have him registered at the Shelter closest to you in order for him to be either fostered or adopted...just too darn adorable 🐾🐾
