🚨 PLEASE HELP US FIND SUNSHINE & BURGER 🐾💔 — DENVER 80222 Call or text I know cats wander sometimes, but this is NOT normal behavior for either of our boys, and we’re getting really worried. Sunshine is our short-haired orange tabby, and Burger is our long-haired black-and-white boy. They went missing around Warren Ave near Evans Ave in Denver. We recently moved to this area, so they don’t know this neighborhood well yet. Normally, when they go outside, they stay right around our hse. They’re honestly not explorers at all. 😂 If something scares them, they usually hide underneath something nearby and we literally have to go find them and bring them back inside. We’ve walked around looking for them, called for them, and left food outside, but neither one has come home. Their sister is still going out onto our porch and coming back inside completely normally, which makes it even stranger that both boys are gone. They are both EXTREMELY friendly — with kids, adults, and dogs — so part of me is really hoping someone found them and brought them inside thinking they were lost or didn’t have a home. ❤️ They were both wearing breakaway collars with bells, but because they’re breakaway collars, they could easily be without them now. So PLEASE don’t rule them out just because a cat you see isn’t wearing a collar. They’re both intact males and aren’t microchipped yet — ironically, their appointment to be neutered and microchipped is September 9th. These aren’t just random outdoor cats. They belong to my kids, and they are VERY loved. My kids are worried about their babies and just want them home. 😭💔 If you’re anywhere around Warren/Evans or the surrounding 80222 area, PLEASE take a quick look around your property — especially under porches, cars, bushes, decks, stairs, sheds, garages, or anything they could crawl underneath. And if someone DID find them and brought them inside, please just message me. There is absolutely no anger or judgment. We’d actually be incredibly grateful that someone kept them safe. We just want our boys back home. ❤️ Even if you only THINK you saw one of them, please tell me where and approximately what time. 🙏 PLEASE SHARE — especially with anyone who lives nearby. ❤️‍🩹

Please go out at night after traffic noise has down, shine flash light under bushes and things cat can hide under and also in trees. Check out any green spots looking back at you. Call cat and wait for a meow back. CRITICAL INCASE CAT IS TRAPPED SOMEWHERE; start from where cat went missing and workout for a radius of 2 miles, knock on doors and ask in person if they will check sheds, garages, window wells, and other outside buildings for cat. ALSO, put cats bed or an old pair of your tennis shoes to help cat know where your porch is. NOT, a litter box that will attract other animals that may keep your cat away. Scared cats usually don't travel far from where they go missing and will wait for YOU to come find them. Also stop by local shelters and rescues everyother day to see if cat has been. turned in. GOOD LUCK
