Golden retriever with cone (recently groomed) & Aussie shepard (possibly injured right rear foot)

Dogs were found along the Jordan Trail in the Peace Gardens. I have additional photos. They were taken to the dog park off W. Montague ave. Salt Lake county animal services) was contacted at 3:30 am and advised the earliest they could pick up would be 8 am
