Thank you for helping the sweet dog. It looks like this dog likely needs to see a vet. It would be best to reach out to rescues. They can scan the dog for a microchip, hold the dog for the legally required stray hold, and most importantly a rescue can get this dog any urgent necessary, medical treatment. If no owner comes forward, the rescue will carefully screen applications and find a loving home for this dog. There are many rescues. Please feel free to send me a private message. If you would like help finding one, but I will tag some here. I suggest you contact them directly if you are interested.
