CRITICAL CROSS-COUNTY FRAUD & ANIMAL ENDANGERMENT REPORT Subject Animals: Two bonded, overbred dogs named Ellie and Penny, rescued in Katy, TX. Following a neighborhood rescue in Katy, we reluctantly sought a temporary foster transition and was deceptively referred to someone that it came to light was involved in a huge animal cruelty case in Jersey. The dogs were handed over at 5:00 AM on Saturday, September 26, 2026, under an agreement that they would be temporarily fostered til a permanent home was found. We were not able to keep due to renting/landlord, but instantly regret the choice to allow these two dogs to go to someone who might harm them. Upon discovering the severe cruelty background of the individual who took the fogs, we revoked the foster agreement and demanded the immediate return of the property. Urgent Action Requested: The Kerr County DS has logged the dispute but requires an agency-to-agency multi-jurisdictional anchor to reopen the case. Kerr County law enforcement has been less than helpful and we fear that with end passing day Ellie and Penny will not be found. They deserve a loving home and not to be in the middle of petty, immature slander online amongst people claiming to care about dogs. The dogs names might have been changed to Sierra and Sutton, but my daughter named them Ellie and Penny and they respond to their names as we bonded. We spent 4 days working tirelessly to save these babies from an already traumatic experience of being dumped, It’s unfair to put them through more when they have people that want to care for them, raise them, and love them. We won’t stop seeking justice for these beautiful dogs.
