Hi, I am not sure if this Frenchie is yours? MY neighbor and I drove to DTLA for an estate sale last Friday morning. We saw a wandering black Frenchie on the homeless street (6th) just West of Alameda. She may have had babies or pregnant. But she looks so lost. We wanted to get out of our car but we were a bit nervous with so many homeless people living on 6th... Check it out or go to a Mission shelter or ask an officer at a nearby police station?? I wish you luck! This one needs help!
