I may have just seen this dog loose running down first street turning toward lakeshore. Looked the same. No owner in sight. It was loose and sprinting. Closest intersection cawtha and lakeshore. It was running so fast! Was driving and could not pull over in that spot. I called the owner. Fingers crossed.
