White flea collar, big white C on its back, extremely affectionate!

Found a dead mouse on our doorstep this morning and thought there had to be some kind of stray around, and sure enough about 20 minutes ago, this little cutie shows up meowing at us through the window! They are super affectionate, have a white flea collar on, and a very distinctive white C on its back. It's currently chowing down on some food and water we put out there but we sadly cannot bring them inside, but its 11:30 at night and I doubt any kinda shelters or anything is open. Please please please dm me if this is your cat!!

FOUND CAT Alert animal control officer to see if reported missing. It’s not safe outside! Coyotes, foxes, eagles, owls, stray dogs, cars and mean people are only some of the hazards. Please bring inside until owner found or rescue can take in.
