His name is Smudge. He sleeps at the cat ladies house on Fairview. He stops by my house for meals. Unfortunately, I've been having to pull the food inside due to raccoons and skunks. The only time he'll tolerate being inside is if the weather is bad during winter. He'll get stressed and attack his tail if he is inside too long. If you can get more specific on your location, I can come and get him.
