Tucker ran after a deer and never came back. I guess this time he thought he was finally going to catch one. We heard a gunshot, and my other dog eventually came back, but without his partner in crime. Tucker is a rescue. My lady found him in a ditch with two broken legs and helped nurse him back to health. After reconstructive surgery on his front and back legs, including metal plates, she completely fell in love with him and there was no way he wasn’t coming home with us. He is a very calm, gentle, and kind dog. His ears are usually “broken” when you call him—unless treats are involved. We’re extremely worried that he may have injured himself while running, or possibly been shot after hearing the gunshot, and could be somewhere unable to make it home. Our biggest concern is that he may be lying somewhere hurt and suffering. Please keep an eye out for Tucker and contact us immediately if you see him or have any information.
