Hi, I’ve found this cat roaming around and my neighbour has been terrorising it and I’m trying to locate his/her owner and I know it’s starving so I’m feeding it and trying to keep my neighbour from terrorising it, I’ve reported her but they can’t do much I’ve been told ..if this is your cat email me please!
