Message from Finder

This cat appeared on my back deck today I pulled out cat treats and it came right up to me. Give it some cat food and water as well. Super friendly and affectionate has a clipped left front ear , It’s super friendly, but I won’t be able to take it in my hse.

Lynette McDonnell Mahon this is inaccurate information. Many low cost spay/neuter clinics tip the ear for the owner. This is not exclusive to feral or stray cats.

Looks like a stray that has had his ear clipped. They spay and neuter and then release back to the wild. The ear clipped on the side is to alert that has been done. I don’t know for sure but I have seen cats with the ear and heard about it.

Don’t be too quick to take to shelter. Can you also post on a Warminster page since that’s where it was “found.” It sounds like it is someone’s pet since it is so friendly. Maybe check with some neighbors. 😊
