She's likely hiding very close by. Put out some of your worn clothes. Search at dusk and dawn using a flashlight - look for eyes, under decks, stairs, bbq covers, in shrubs. She will not be verbal if she's scared.

I know this is not ideal, but if you can, leave your door open a little bit and put out your worn clothing and some food. We did this and our cat came home in the middle of the night after missing for 3 days.
