There is a post today of a dog found in the Detroit area that is very matted but appears to have the same coloring as Oreo and size. Maybe inquire to the finder who is taking care of the pup until the owner is found! You never know!

You should look at the adoption that happened today at pet supply plus in Rochester. The rescue was (peace love paws a little boy holding a dog that he adopted. It looks like your dog, but a little bit older you might want to check it out. good luck

You say this dog has been missing for 3 years. If he wasn't eaten by coyotes or Big Hawks I would say good luck
