Update - Cat turned out to be female and feral. She has been vaccinated and spayed and will be returned the afternoon of 8/20.

Message from Finder

Located in 61108 near Stow Market and Harrison. Cat is being fed. Looks thin. Runs away with movement but comes back every 2-3 days. Will try to trap and check for chip.
