Message from Finder

I’m not sure of the exact location I found her but over off Pennsylvania Avenue. I do deliveries for people and I was dropping off a package to a lady when this dog came up behind me. She’s very very skinny and slightly skiddish. The lady said since it’s outside city limits the pound won’t take her. She says she sees lots of stray dogs in that area. We didn’t know what to exactly do so I’ll probably try the pound tomorrow.
