Description
Ginger cat in very poor condition. Sighted twice over period of 6 months (when visiting the Dutch shop) Scared but curious and ate food I put through gate. Contacted Council and RSPCA both declined to assist. Could local people/rescue try to build trust to rescue since I live more than one hour away.
Message from Finder
I have spotted this stray cat twice when visiting the Dutch shop in Smithfield, Market street an industrial area. Very scared but curious and he finished Dine food that I put through the gate. Back home I contacted Council and RSPCA, both declining assistance. Could anyone local or any local rescue organisation please try to attend and try to build trust with food to rescue? (I would but live more than one hour away) Warm regards, Nathalie
