Post on additional listed sites. Put up lost dog flyers and a lost dog sign in your yard with pictures. Add any suggestions on how to get hold of this skittish dog like food or toy. Add a telephone number where you can be reached when the dog is sighted. Go to shelters in person and leave a flyer.
