He had a black and white skull collar. His name is Charlie. A neighbor was suppose to watch him while our family was on vacay and he “escaped”. He’s so missed by our family. There was a post on Facebook & Nextdoor that he may have been dropped off at a shelter but he’s not there. And post is gone. PLEASE HELP US FIND OUR BABY CHARLIE!!!

He was at the County Shelter for 11 DAYS. You stated in another post they told you this after a few days he went missing. You never contacted the Shelter until you were finished with your vacation. He wasn’t chipped or wearing a collar with tags. Therefore stray hold was 72 hrs. But he was at the Shelter for 11 days until he went to a Rescue. The Shelter has contacted the Rescue. It is up to the Rescue if they will give him back or not. This person knows all of this. Dog is NOT MISSING.

I am not sure if it’s the same dog, I saw this dog today on Midway. He had a black shock collar on. I tried to get close to check his collar but he kept barking.

If you only checked Solano County Animal Shelter in Fairfield then you need to check the SPCA on Peabody Rd, the Yolo County Animal Shelter in Woodland and other Shelters within a 50 mile radius in all directions because people have been known to pick up animals in one county and take them to shelters in another county. Hopefully he's microchipped and your full contact info is uploaded onto it.

I shared. Keep sharing and looking. We have a friend in Fairfield who was missing his baby for a few weeks. Turned out that someone found her and was taking care of her. It's unknown why the person didn't try to have the chip checked. But, that person's friend recognized the dog from pictures and got her reunited with heartbroken papa. There's still hope!
