**Please help us find Moo! 🖤🤍** Moo is a sweet senior cat (around 13 years old) from the 3900 block of Bienville. She is an indoor/outdoor cat and was last seen the morning of July 3. She has lived in the same home her entire life, usually stays close by, and has never been gone this long. She is not microchipped. We’ve checked Ring cameras, searched the neighborhood, and spoken with neighbors, but no one has seen her since. I’m posting this for my neighbor, who is heartbroken. We know outdoor cats face risks, but we’re hoping someone may have taken Moo in thinking she was lost. If you’ve seen her, have security camera footage, or know someone who may have a friendly black and white senior cat, please comment or send me a message. Please share if you’re in the Mid-City area. Lost cat - If kitty is an indoor cat it will typically stay in a 3 to 7 house radius of her home. - Indoor/outdoor cats can be up to 17 plus days houses away. - Kitty will hide during the day and only come out after dark between dusk and dawn. - Kitty may not come when called. - The majority of cats return home between 2 and 4 AM. - Leave your garage and porch doors open or leave a window open that kitty can climb through. - Make a scent trail in your yard and on your porch with your unwashed laundry and sheets. Hang items over bushes and on your porch railing. Let trail lead to your front door, open garage or open window. - Around 10PM put out rotisserie chicken (warm it so that the smell really carries). - Throughout the night get up and go out side. Walk the 3 to 5 house radius and call softly, listen carefully. - Look both high and low. Kitty could be stuck up in a tree or locked in a neighbor's garage. - A lady reported finding her cat recently. She set her alarm for 2 am, opened her front door, turned on her TV on low, placed an open can of cat food in the house near the door. Kitty came walking into the house. - One man set his alarm and got up every hour and another slept on the couch and heard the cat scratching at the door. - Another tip is to warm chicken stock and makes a trail of it from the street or yard up to the house. Even pour it in the bushes and trees where the wind could carry the smell. - Other people have used catnip to help lure their cat home. - Use a flashlight to look for your cat’s eyes at night. - You will lose sleep, but this has worked Good luck and don’t give up!

PLEASE put a cat trap @ the front door, In it place can tuna/sardines. Add an old shirt of yours on top. Cats can smell our scent up to 4 miles away. I caught mine just like this. DON'T GIVE UP!!!!

Put her bedding or favorite toy outside even her box if you cleaned it or not preferably in a fenced area or inside your garage where she can get in. Also put a pair of the owners old shoes and a used pillowcase. She’ll smell her way her home she’s near she’s just afraid.
