Please note …There’s Africans ..who jump fences and steal dogs ..this is a known problem..in Wanneroo , banksia grove , tapping and surrounding areas .. They steal them and sell them very cheep and quick ..so some are only advertised for a half hour , before being sold on ..this is known by the police .. who refuse to investigate.. because the Africans just pretend they don’t speek english ..and they move the dogs to a relatives house .. so police don’t find the dogs easily The Wanneroo shire give strays to the rspca …who quickly sell them on .. One of the last dogs stolen in tapping , who I’m aware of ..was stollen from a neighbour.. the African neighbour jumped the fence .. stole the tiny dog ..it barked a lot as it had never seen Africans, The owners heard there dog barking ..and fleetingly saw it .. And Called police , The thieves pretended NO ENGLISH…When they speak good English… the police were hanging around.. the Africans , threw the tiny dog BACK OVER THE FENCE .. SHE WAS THROWN HARD .. WAS THEN FOUND IN A LOT OF PAIN , BROKEN BONES ..AND HER TEATH BROKEN .. AS ITS KNOWN THAT THE THIEVES ..in these gangs …HAD HELD HER MOUTH CLOSED SO TIGHTLY ..HER TEATH WERE FORCED INTO THE GUMS .. BREAKING TEATH AND CUTTING UP HER GUMS ..AND SHE WAS THROWN FACE FIRST OVER THE FENCE ..SHE HAD TO BE EUTHANISED BY THE VET .. ITS KNOWN THAT THEY HOLD OR TIE THE DOGS MOUTHS CLOSED TO STOP THEM BARKING … THERES A GROUP WHO LOOK FOR PEOPLES DOGS , USING ALL SORTS OF SMART WAYS TO FIND THEM , THEY ARE WELL AWARE OF THE AFRICAN DOG THEFT GANGS ..ITS A FINANCIAL SIDE HUSTLE .. HAPPENING RIGHT UNDER OUR NOSES ..
