Please somebody save this sweet sweet Doggy. He or she wandering around, getting in front of cars. I saw him/her in front of the gate to the Hindu temple and cultural center in Columbia South Carolina. He/she has a green plastic collar on, with a gold plate saying the name “Doug” and two telephone numbers on it. I called both the phone numbers. For one there was no answer. I got an answer when I called the other one, and the man said he gave that dog away a year ago. I think this dog needs a new home, but I had to get back in my car and leave because I had an appointment. I really hope someone takes this dog in!
