Teddy has a tipped ear but is not feral and has not spent a night outside in 5 years. Afraid he got picked up or let in a hse because he is friendly.

Is this Teddy? I just came home and this baby is on my neighbors porch. I’m on the east side of Pensacola by Scenic Highway. I’ve been trying to get it to come close to me but it’s scared. It does have a clipped ear, but not sure if it’s Teddy.
