Tina Cherry Sepkowicz I would do the same for mine. There is a black and white fluffy one I got coming to the window then I give it food. I watch from the door til it leaves. Trying to get it to trust me. That is how I started seeing the orange one. There was snow so it has been a while. Cats are hard because they hide.
