Friendly but very skittish. I believe he is a neutered male. He is well kept but has dirty paws. He is eating from the cat shelter I have that contains food & water. Very vocal & likes pets but very skittish. Showed up about 3-4 weeks ago. I feel like he belonged to someone since he allows us to pet him. Hoping to locate his owner.
