Please help Snowball get to his mom! He was adopted from a shelter almost 10 years ago and has been my mom's constant companion. She has dementia and is asking where he is. He's wearing a red collar with rabies tags and he is microchipped. Please help!

Angel Spurlock Perkins that's great. So many times I helped cats or dogs, they're chipped but not registered or the phone number isn't in service. Most people will just give up trying to find the owners at that point. Snowball is so cute, someone might have him and decide to keep him if the chip isn't registered correctly. Prayers you get your sweet baby back.
