Message from Finder
Saw this cat gazing into the PNC Bank @ 11:30 pm and decided to follow it. As I tried to get close, it moved away but seemed interested in interaction. Kitty seemed afraid of passing cars and scooters so I have a hunch it may be lost! I did not get a chance to get closer, and after some attempts, kitty hid away at the address posted. Most distinguishing characteristic was the black splotch on its front right leg, separate from the rest of its black coloring.
