Found with harness, leash and collar wandering on PCH near E-Z 8 Motel. Called & texted number on collar, no response. Seems healthy, very sweet, just wants to cuddle. Looks recently fixed. Taking to SDHS today unless someone would like to take her and keep trying to contact owner.
