Our dog was stolen by a Latin American lady who grew an obsession for our Coco boy we had for 8 years now. He was taken by the old 5/3 bank across from the UPS store by Lincoln/Mccormick. We first caught her giving him food which made him sick. On another occasion she asked if she can psy us for the dog. She stalked us for some time and we didn't think anything other than her just being weird. On 11/7/2024 she made a daring move and stole Coco from our SUV. Police report has been filed with 17th district so if you ever see our sweet Coco boy please let us and the police know thank you
