Put his cage outside with food and water….make sounds he is used to and will maybe respond to like toys, treat bag calling his name and I would look up the correct bird sounds and go around the neighborhood playing those sounds for him.

Is this a cockatiel? I so hope becomes home. Put cage outside with door open with food & water. I pray you get your Bird back
