Message from Owner

Please help us bring Tortilla home. She has been missing since 9/5. A possible sighting was reported on 9/9 near Brookdale Senior Living/Albany Public Library, but we are still searching everywhere. She is very loved and deeply missed. She may be frightened and may not come when called. Please check yards, garages, sheds, porches, bushes and other hiding places, and contact us with ANY possible sighting. Thank you so much for keeping an eye out and sharing. Our hearts are broken without her. 🤎

🚨Search your property thoroughly, look in crawl spaces, in, under, behind your shed, under the porch, under the house, under the deck. Post on Nextdoor in Cat Owner's group, and in Lost and Found Pets group, post on Neighbors app, they're both good resources to notify the community you don't need a Ring camera to post on Neighbors. Petcolovelost 24Petconnect are good sources to search and post on, too, they also offer free flyers for download. Many animal shelters and animal control services post their animals on Pawboost Petcolovelost and 24PETCONNECT, but don't rely on online, go into the shelter a couple of times a week to look through the cages, bring proof of ownership; Pictures, most recent vet bills

🚨 Please do this today and everyday 🚨Cats, especially indoor cats, indoor/outdoor cats don't go far from their home please do this during the daytime. Ask neighbors to check their garages sheds and basements, sometimes they get trapped in them . Get their permission to look in their yards, under their porches and decks, under and behind their sheds, look in, under, behind wood stacks,in crawl spaces,on fences,on the bottom,at their base, in bushes,up trees, up poles , on rooftops, use a flashlight to look in these dark and tucked away spaces, even in the day, look for the eye shine,or reflective glow of the cat's eyes. Ask neighbors and nearby businesses to look on their surveillance, security, and doorbell camera's video for your cat, give them a flyer.
