hello, i actually seen this cat 3 days ago doordashing in kenosha behind the chinese buffet right next to marshals on 75th street. the cat looked in horrible conditions, i sat and cried with it for at least 30 minutes, i went bought him some food but this cat is extremely malnourished. the more sadder thing is his ears are clipped so who knows if is a tnr cat. I wish there was any other ways i could of helped rather then just feeding him. he was so scared to even come out

Can somebody please step up and at least put out food and water for this poor baby? He or she looks like they have been living rough for a while.
