Black with a blue collar, recently had bloodwork and has shaved spot on his leg and on his neck. He has a chipped canine tooth on top.

Bluey is very friendly and small. He was recently diagnosed with seizure disorder please don't think he has rabies if you see white stuff coming from his mouth. That's what happens after he has one and he gets disoriented and takes him a while to walk without weakness.
