I'm not judging, but there have been three cats reported as lost since yesterday. Please, keep your cats inside. This wouldn't happen. Good luck in finding your precious one.

I don’t mean to be a Debbie downer, but sometimes animals (especially cats for some reason) know when they’re ready to cross the rainbow bridge, and they will just quietly slip away and find a peaceful place to take their final nap… maybe it’s so their humans don’t have to see them go, or maybe it’s just a bit of the wild still in them, but it may be that he was just tired and found a nice place to sleep….. ❤️💔

Go out late tonight when it’s very quiet. Take a flashlight and a bag of treats. Softly call his name and shake the treats. Shine the light EVERYWHERE he could possibly be! Talk to your neighbors. Put something with his/your scent on it out on the front porch. He’s probably not far away. When he’s back, PLEASE keep him indoors! Prayers for his safe and speedy return! 🙏🐾🥰

General Information: Set up a scent station. Hang clothes with your scent on it (Worn clothing from owner) high up outside so the familiar scent can travel and guide the cat back home. NO CAT BOX OR FOOD. Ask your neighbors to check their yard/could be accidently stuck in their garage or shed. (If applicable) Check doorbell or home camera - or ask neighbors to check their camera. Post Fliers with a picture of the cat and your contact information in the area the cat went missing. Not everyone is on Social Media and posters have worked in that if spotted a location can be provided. If a cat is scared they make themselves safe by finding a good hiding spot and often times hide in silence. Look in bushes - bring a flashlight and look for shining eyes. Best time to find your cat is in the early morning hours when the noise level is low and they feel safe. Leave an access point open for the cat to return. This is important if they do come back in the middle of the night. Prayers your cat returns/ or is found safely. Beware of scammers.
