I saw this a little Black Female cat, around Mimosa Lane Silver spring MD, around June I think 2026 not sure her age but it looks like it's still kitten not 1year yet. Very skinny but looks like healthy! , she had something look like Collard on her neck but it made her Uncomfortable and crying Alot/Meawing Alot because of that thing was on ner neck and it looked like the hair or her Fur lost around her neck! So I had to remove from her. And then after removing it she looked like she stopped the crying and the hair around her neck came back. I sometimes feed her when I see her but sometimes I don't see her I am not where she goes to. I don't know if somebody belongs to her and lost her, or they just let her go around the neighborhood. But mostly she is around where I live. I would take her but the hose I live in has already 5 Cats and I am moving away soon. And I am worried for her if nobody feeds her since it's Hot outside now a days! And the Winter time is Also Coming! Please someone help her and spread this Message and the picture! Thank you!
