🚨 PLEASE HELP FIND LOVEY 🐾❤️ Lovey is an elderly, petite female cat who is very quiet and shy. She may run away if you approach her, so please don’t chase her. She is more likely to come closer if she feels safe and has time to gain your trust. Her nickname is Lovey-Dovey. ❤️ If you see Lovey around the Amberwood neighborhood, please contact me. She lives near the water tower off Redwood Drive. Please keep an eye out for this sweet little girl and let me know if you spot her. Any information is greatly appreciated! 🐱❤️

Leave some of your laundry outside your home to help him find his way home by scent. Also leave a door, lower window, garage door cracked open enough for him to find a way back into the home. They normally try to get back inside the same way they got out. If he is scared, he may be moving at night when it is quieter and looking for a way back inside. Hope this helps 🙏

What to do if you lose your Cat 1. Search all places inside and around your house as cats can hide in small places. 2. Shake their treat bag and softly call their name. 3. Search at dusk and dawn with a flashlight as the light will pick up their eyes. Outside they tend to hide under shrubs, under porches, in open sheds & drainage ditches. You can shake their treats while looking outside too. 4. Put something with your scent on it outdoors, on a porch or deck if possible or in a garage with the door cracked. Sometimes the scent brings them home. You can also put out their litter box but depending on where you live, it could attract predators. 5. Post on nextdoor & Ring Neighbors app. 6. Post on pawboost. You can download a free flyer here. 7. Make a lost pet report to all the local shelters especially in areas that have close boundaries. 8. Post on FB Lost & Found Groups 9. Post on PetFBI site and use .org as the ending. 10. If chipped, report to chip company but don’t forget to change status when your cat is found. 11. Ask your neighbors to check their garages and sheds. Your cat may be coming around the house late at night.
