Black and brown make dog with red collar (no tags) and possibly a flea collar
Message from Finder
Medium size brown and black dog roaming in Lock Lane subdivision. Seems scared and skiddish towards people but is friendly with other dogs. He is wearing a red collar with no tags and possibly a flea color (couldn’t get close enough to confirm what it was).
