Shared! search the lost section of pawboost and last pet Facebook pages! Vets can scan for chip for free. Email photos to shelter as owner will look there and there’s a 5 day stray hold law. FYI he will likely not make it out of shelter alive so it’s try every rescue you can. WHATEVER you do get hard proof of ownership and veterinary references for any fosters or adopters and CALL them as people search these sites for bait dogs and backyard breeding. Send women and kids to get them to not raise red flags.
