Black cat seems to have asthma

We used to feed out street cats and one days she popped around and after a few days she became more comfortable and little by little she came in. I’ve put her picture on nextdoor but haven’t seen anyone who claimed her. We are keeping her for now and are hoping she’ll stay with us for good. But I am posting just out of respect for her.
