She's been hanging around our office for months she has one place she sits in the grass by the building she won't let us near her she does not need to be roaming this area it's not safe if she belongs to somebody they need to claim her and keep her at home otherwise we may try and trap her and try to figure out where she belongs

Wendy White we're pretty sure she has a home considering the collar and that she's well fed. There are still cats that go outdoors and return home every evening. While we dont live in the country and technically in Lee's Summit free roaming cats aren't legal they still have a mind of their own and don't live by anyones rules other than their own...

Its a neighborhood outdoor cat. Been around for well over a year. Have set for out many times and never eats it. Taken care of just likes to roam and runs away when you get near.

Yep somebody needs to catch this innocent kitty cat because that is around the cat's neck..... is way too tight way too tight that has to come off I'm praying and hoping somebody gets up and goes over there and gets this pretty kitty I mean I'm telling you if I had a car I would be right there doing it but I don't. Have transportation nor do I own a car weather is getting bad and again like I said that is around the cat's neck it's way too tight you can see it in the picture
